Privacy policy

ConferenceGate processes personal data to provide conference discovery, watchlists, and deadline alerts. We comply with GDPR and KVKK for users in the EU and Turkey.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, affiliation (via ROR), career stage
• Usage data: saved conferences, searches, alert preferences
• Optional: reports and comments you submit

Your rights

• Access and rectify your data via Settings
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Unsubscribe from emails with one click
• Object to processing of non-essential analytics cookies

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where legal retention applies (e.g. moderation audit logs anonymized).
